Katherine Burik and her colleagues saw a need to prepare people to explain their hopes and desires during interviews. Candidates shouldn’t practice during interviews. They should be prepared. But people were not prepared and consequently valuable time was wasted.
The Interview Doctor was founded to prepare people to express themselves effectively during interviews. The service expanded to include career services and coaching, covering the spectrum of job preparation services.
